Delivery & Returns
For UK Customers:
For mainland UK customers, we have the following delivery options:
Express
- Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (First Class 1-3 working days)
Regular
- Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (Second Class 2-10 working days)
Depending on the size & weight of your order, your items may be delivered in a small, medium or large box.
Rules & Restrictions
All orders received by 2pm on Monday to Friday for Royal Mail services will be dispatched the following working day.
Any orders received on Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect or incomplete data entry.

Returns
We will happily replace, repair (where possible), or issue credit for, any goods which are defective owing to a Guido's Hair ltd. error, e.g. product damaged, faulty texture or fragrance, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product.
Please send us back your products within 28 days of delivery.
We will refund the cost of standard return delivery and send you a replacement order free of delivery charge provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
Please note:
Refunds will only be made against the original debit/credit card used. You must retain proof of postage for all returns.
For hygiene purposes, any toiletry items that have been opened or used for any reason may not be returned unless faulty.
